Please read these terms carefully. Ordering a watch indicates
your acceptance of these terms.

●Watch Grading:
Unless a watch is described as "Brand New", the watch has
been used. We grade our watches on the following scale:
Brand New 100% Never worn.
Like New 98% watch was worn only a few times and is
cosmetically/mechanically perfect.
Mint 90% and up
Excellent 80% and up
Good 70% and up

We do not sell anything under 70%.

●Warranty:
Brand New watches come with Fine Time Taiwan's one year
warranty covering the mechanical workings of the watch.
All other Watches are sold as is without warranty unless stated
in the description.
Water-resistant cases on used watches may have been
opened to examine movements and therefore no implication
is made that used watches are currently water-resistant.

●Authenticity:
All watches will be guaranteed as to their authenticity. We DO
NOT sell Replica watches.

●Return policy:
Watches may be returned for the following reasons.
1.)Item received is not item advertised. Please note that
　 pictures posted are of actual items.
2.)The item is not Authentic

Please let us know via a telephone call or email that a watch
is being returned so that we know to expect it. Watch must be
returned in the same condition it was received in for a full
refund of purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are
not refundable. Watches are for wearing, not to be taken apart
and reassembled for return. Sales are final and persons buying to resell may not return "unsold items".

●Customs:
International purchasers, please check with your country's customs office for import taxes that might be due on your
purchase. Any duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the
Buyer.

●Payment methods accepted:
For items under US$1000.00 we accept the following
methods of payment:
Cashier's checks, travelers checks and Bank to bank wire
transfer.
For items over US$1000. Bank to Bank wire transfer only. We
will provide our bank wire transfer instructions upon order
confirmation.

Due to the difficulty of credit card verification and identification
on international credit cards We do not currently accept them.

●Shipping:
All items are sent with 24 hours of receipt of payment. International shipments will be sent by Postal Express Mail
Service (EMS). Delivery time is approximately three to Seven
days depending on your location.
